1、General
         Electronic prepaying electric energy meter is a new generation product that is developed using IC card technology on the basis of good performing electronic electric energy meter, having electric energy meterage, load control and user information management functions and meeting demands of various areas and users. The meter is an ideal product for the current reformed power supply system, realizing electric energy commercialization, resolving the difficulty of charging and adjusting electric network load status.
This product can be installed in the cabinet in or out of the door. The suitable environment temperature is -25-55℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. 
         Its performance conforms to the technical requirement of GB/T18460.3-2001 standard “Prepaying Electric Energy Meter”.
        Three phase meter uses Ohm's law resistance sampling patent technology, integrate circuit, SMT welding process; it is more advanced, more scientific, more reasonable than the traditional meter using law of electromagnetic induction mutual inductor sampling. It features high precision, strong overload capability, good sealing performance, high safety and reliability and long life; it solves the factors influencing the precision of electric energy meterage, such as half-wave rectification, frequency conversion, harmonic wave, phase drift, waveform distortion and high load, which exist in the actual electrical load (unit) for a long time.
        The matched electricity selling system software has a friendly interface, easy operation and detailed functions; the hardware system is light, flexible, convenient, safe and reliable. It is an ideal electric energy instrument for power supplier, companies, villages and families and a good system with which the power supplier can realize the modernization of meterage, management and charging.
2、Functions and Features
a. Wattful electric energy meterage; no adjustment when not working for long

c. The maximum electric quantity of the meter is 99999.9kWh. When the electric quantity purchased this time and the current remained electric quantity is more than the maximum electric quantity, the purchased electricity cannot be input into the meter.
d. The maximum electric quantity available for purchase once is 99999.9 kWh and the minimum is 1kWh.
e. The early warning electric quantity can be set from 0 to 99 kWh. When the remained electric quantity is lower than the early warning electric quantity, the meter will alarm per 0.1kWh used, to prompt the user to buy electricity.
f. When the remained electric quantity is 0, the breaking unit in the meter will switch off the circuit and stop supplying electricity to the user.
g. When the breaking unit does not work due to short circuit, the used electric quantity will be deducted in the next purchased electric quantity.
h. Automatic cut off when overloading;
